Environment:  bathypelagic; marine; depth range 825 - 885 m
Distribution:  Western Indian Ocean: known only from Delagoa Bay, Mozambique.
Diagnosis:  Dorsal spines (total): 4-4; Dorsal soft rays (total): 14-14; Anal spines: 3-3; Anal soft rays: 9-9. Dark grey in color (Ref. 4181).
Biology:
