Max. size:  6 cm TL (male/unsexed)
Environment:  demersal; marine; depth range - 25 m
Distribution:  Eastern Central Pacific: Gulf of California and outer coast of Baja California, Mexico.
Diagnosis:   
Biology:  Oviparous with demersal eggs (Ref. 56079). Cryptic, benthic and found on sandy bottoms near rocks or corals (Ref. 92840).
IUCN Red List Status: Least Concern (LC); Date assessed: 23 May 2007 Ref. (130435)
Threat to humans:  harmless
