Family:  Nothobranchiidae (African rivulines)
Max. size:  9 cm TL (male/unsexed)
Environment:  benthopelagic; freshwater, non-migratory
Distribution:  Africa: Guinea Bissau to southern Liberia, around Monrovia.
Diagnosis:   
Biology:  Occurs in coastal rivers, brooks and swampy areas in forested savanna and under forest cover (Ref. 3788). Not a seasonal killifish. Is difficult to maintain in aquarium (Ref. 27139).
