Family:  Blenniidae (Combtooth blennies), subfamily: Salariinae
Max. size:  6.88 cm SL (male/unsexed)
Environment:  demersal; marine
Distribution:  Eastern Atlantic: off west Africa from Senegal to Guinea, Cape Verde, Ile de Roumé and Ile de Anno Bon. Reported from São Tomé Island (Ref. 34088).
Diagnosis:   
Biology:  Adults are found on rocky shores of coastal waters (Ref. 5298). Oviparous. Eggs are demersal and adhesive (Ref. 205), and are attached to the substrate via a filamentous, adhesive pad or pedestal (Ref. 94114). Larvae are planktonic, often found in shallow, coastal waters (Ref. 94114).
