Family:  Nothobranchiidae (African rivulines)
Max. size:  8 cm TL (male/unsexed)
Environment:  benthopelagic; freshwater; pH range: 6 - 6.5; dH range: 8, non-migratory
Distribution:  Africa: Lower Little Scarcies river drainage, western Sierra Leone.
Diagnosis:   
Biology:  Occurs in shallow brooks and temporary swamps. 9 cm TL (Ref. 3788). Bottom spawner, 3 months incubation. Is very difficult to maintain in aquarium (Ref. 27139).
