Family:  Nothobranchiidae (African rivulines)
Max. size:  8 cm TL (male/unsexed)
Environment:  benthopelagic; freshwater, non-migratory
Distribution:  Africa: between the lower Mano river drainage and the lower St. Paul river drainage in southern Liberia.
Diagnosis:   
Biology:  Occurs in swamps, swampy parts of brooks and pools in the humid coastal rainforest (Ref. 3788). 9 cm TL (7372). Bottom spawner, 3 months incubation. Is difficult to maintain in aquarium (Ref. 27139).
