Distribution:  Northwest Pacific: Kuril Islands.
Diagnosis:  Characterized by the following; absence of haemonephrapophyses, seismosensory canals on the body, pectoral and pelvic fins; epipleurals extend over the tail region of vertebra column; 6 rays in gill membrane (Ref. 94496).
