Family:  Nothobranchiidae (African rivulines)
Max. size:  5 cm TL (male/unsexed)
Environment:  benthopelagic, non-migratory
Distribution:  Africa: southwestern Cameroon.
Diagnosis:  Dorsal soft rays (total): 11-14; Anal soft rays: 12-16
Biology:  Occurs in brooks, pools and small streams in the rainforest on basement soil (Ref. 3788). Not a seasonal killifish. Is difficult to maintain in aquarium (Ref. 27139).
IUCN Red List Status: Least Concern (LC); Date assessed: 16 February 2009 Ref. (119314)
