Environment:  reef-associated; marine
Distribution:  Western Atlantic: Bahamas to Atol das Rocas and Trindade Island in Brazil (Ref. 57756).
Diagnosis:   
Biology:  Benthic inhabitant (Ref. 26340) of coral reefs or patch reefs surrounded by white sand.
